About SteadyBody™

SteadyBody™ is a private clinical psychology practice supporting people of all ages to understand their experiences, manage emotional difficulties and work towards meaningful change.

Therapy is warm, collaborative and tailored to your needs. Together, we consider your experiences, current circumstances, strengths and goals to develop an approach that feels relevant to your life.

Treatment may focus on processing distressing experiences, strengthening emotional regulation, developing practical coping skills or changing patterns affecting your relationships and wellbeing.

You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. An initial appointment provides an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy and how psychological support may help.
